Hello all - I just wanted to inform you that I've started a today.com blog that I will write for in conjunction with this one -
Healthy Weight Loss Programs. The topic will clearly be similar to this one. I want to lay out lots of different options and methods for losing weight, all relevant to the central theme of a healthy and balanced diet. I'm not going to try and persuade you that one dieting method is better than the other - it's up to you to find out what works best for you and what will give you lasting results.
